This development involved two separate parcels of land a stone's throw from the Swan River; with one actually backing onto the banks of the river itself. Being in such a prime location, not only to the river, but also to Curtin University, these homes needed to be just as beautiful as the natural surroundings as well as being practical for suburban living. The 5 unit development was based more on the traditional unit layout, living areas downstairs, bedrooms upstairs; whereas the 4 unit development that abuts the river boasts more of an upmarket apartment living with the main living area on the second storey and taking advantage of the river vista.
